Troubleshooting Internet Explorer Web Issues

There is a problem with the way the new website behaves with Internet Explorer.

If you are experiencing issues browsing the website in Internet Explorer please make sure that it is not being run in compatability mode. 

In order to check to make sure the website is not running in Compatability mode in Internet Explorer go to Tools -> Compatability View Settings -> and remove all the checkmarks if there are any.  Also please remove and from the websites you added to compatability view.

The webpage will automatically refresh and behave the way it is supposed to.  We hope you enjoy the new site as much as we do!

Another common problem is with the popup blocker when generating a chain of custody.  In order to avoid having the window automatically close you must make an exception and enable popups for
