This May marks the 45^th annual Building Safety Month in California and across the globe. The theme for this year’s campaign is Game On and a number of organizations, companies, and municipalities in California are taking part in activities to raise awareness of the importance of building safety.

 

Building Safety Month initiatives help to provide property owners, landlords, facility managers, government officials, and the public with information and resources to create and maintain a safe built environment. The weekly campaigns for 2025 include:

• Week One – The Warm Up
• Week Two – Build Your Offense
• Week Three – Build Your Defense
• Week Four – The Starting Lineup
• Week Five – Going Into Overtime
